The 1914
A Chicago North Side home built in 1914 with a reduced height basement. Client approached the JCDB team for design and structural. The main objective was to underpin the entire home with a new foundation, allowing for an increase of 13” to the ceiling height. Weine room, bar, and living space were all designed and built by the JCDB customs team at our Illinois shop.
