Our clients commissioned JCDB to take the top two levels of a 1900’s Chicago five flat and create a new owners penthouse. Design and construction included rebuilding the historic copper cornice and rain trough, new Ludowici Spanish tile roof, new upper and lower level roof decks, full garage rebuild with terrace, and complete redesign and construction of the interior spaces. Projected completion mid 2024.
