An Unmatched Design Build Process

Our process starts with you! We explore your lifestyle, needs, and dreams. We put our entire team on every project from the beginning. This collaborative process means we are all in from the beginning and every aspect is constantly being reviewed and the corresponding team member is always in the mix. Our designers, architects, directors, and construction team invest the time to truly understand your goals and the work together to create a build that exceeds all expectations.

Working with a design-build firm means your project will be handled by the same talented team from beginning to end. No need to hire multiple professionals or seek out bids. Your project is in our care from the start. You’ll also have a single source of accountability, which makes for seamless collaboration, no finger-pointing if an issue arises, and everyone is focused on your vision. Every project’s team consists of a Design Consultant, Interior Designer, and Project Manager, with the full support of our office and production staff.

Contact Our Team

You have an idea but don’t know where to start. How much will it cost? How long will it take? What are the steps? When you are ready to learn more contact us on our site or give our team a call. You will speak with one of our team members who will schedule a time for your no fee initial consultation.

No Fee Initial Consultation

Meet with one or more of our leadership team members and a design consultant where we can learn about what your needs are. What type of project you are looking to build? What do you want out of the project? How should it integrate with your family and needs. We listen to your goals as we evaluate realistic budgets, expectations, timeframes, and solutions. Our team will then determine the appropriate design fee based on the scope of design work.

Design and Planning

Once you move forward on this exciting journey, your project partner and design consultant host a project kickoff meeting and then comes to your site to review your project, get a feel for the land or space, and perform any necessary measures and 3D capture. Our team works together to create the custom solutions for your project and the way you live in your home.

Design Presentation

Our team will meet with you to present your custom plan designed around your goals and wishes. Floorplans, renderings, and elevations guide you through visualization of your space. The specification will include a full cost analysis of the plan. Our team will then make revisions based on the presentation meeting feedback. After final revisions are approved, our team shifts your project into the Construction Agreement which maps out costs, schedule, payments, and specifications..

Selections and Permits

This is the fun part and our team is with you every step of the way! Your project partner and designer works closely with you to map and make all project selections. As the team finalizes the selections, our support team is working in the background securing material orders, preparing permit documentation, and aligning the project for all required components to start your project.

Construction

You will receive a client portal login that gives you access to a detailed construction schedule, site logs, updates, and photos, and be able to access all documents and financials. Our entire team stays with you through the construction journey, and you will be scheduled for weekly team meetings to review and dig into any details or requirements. The entire time you will be connected to your dedicated project manager, designer, and project partner who are always available to answer questions you may have.

COMPLETION

Your project is complete, and your design fees are credited to your final invoice! After our walk through on hand off day our team does not stop there. Our (10) ten-year warranty gives you the peace of mind as you enjoy your home! You made friendships and relationships through the process and now you know that our family will be there for your family for a long time to come!
